  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) may be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Most orders are delivered within 7-20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, and unexpected shipping delays.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and most countries worldwide.
  • If your country is not listed, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.

International Shipping:

  • For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your package.
  • Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or high demand.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address:

  • It’s important to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed.
  • If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for redirecting the package.

Missing or Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue with the supplier or carrier.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
